We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the confidential flight imagery, geospatial datasets, and personal contact information you entrust to us.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information strictly necessary to review datasets, produce deliverables, and fulfill your requests:
- Contact Details: Your name, company name, email address, and phone number when submitting intake inquiries.
- Project & Telemetry Data: Cloud storage URLs (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, WeTransfer), estimated photo counts, sensor models, ground control point (GCP) coordinates, and target coordinate reference systems.
- Usage & Server Logs: Standard IP addresses, browser user agents, and referral paths collected automatically via server and CDN edge delivery (Cloudflare).
3. Client Data Confidentiality & Workstation Isolation
Strict Non-Disclosure & 30-Day Purge Guarantee
We understand that aerial flight data frequently captures private infrastructure, active construction jobs, or confidential commercial property. All client datasets remain 100% your intellectual property. We do NOT share, publish, or use client drone imagery to train commercial or public AI vision models. All raw imagery and intermediary project files are permanently purged from our workstations 30 days after final deliverable acceptance.
We are glad to execute mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to ingestion upon request.
4. Amazon Affiliate Program Disclosure
Precision Drone Ops LLC is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for websites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.
When you click on recommended hardware links (such as drones, RTK GNSS receivers, tablets, and SD cards) and make qualifying purchases on Amazon, we may earn an affiliate commission at no additional cost to you. 5. Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses minimal essential session cookies and performance telemetry (e.g., Cloudflare Web Analytics) to guarantee uptime, prevent spam bot abuse, and ensure page speed. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal identity to data brokers or third-party ad networks.
6. Digital Product Fulfillment & Refunds
Commercial pilot toolkits, Part 107 study guides, checklist bundles, and contract templates are digital goods. Upon receipt of payment confirmation (via Venmo or invoice), download links and PDF/DOCX bundles are delivered electronically.
Because digital files cannot be revoked once downloaded, purchases are generally final. However, if you experience formatting errors or technical difficulty accessing the files, contact us within 14 days and we will gladly resolve the issue or issue a prompt replacement/refund.
